After a recent stay I was a bit more disappointed.
A 3 night week-end stay I found a note on both days on unforeseen circumstances room service not available, no problem but it was not explained about beverages available in diner area.
I bought my own milk, Maybe a small cooler pouch would be good in all hotels.
Appreciate that staff were pushed to their limit.
In my case both breakfast's was a sausage, no fluffy scrambled egg ,or bacon available.
Problems with room heater, they had to bring a blow fan!
Always difficult to locate eye with Sat Nav!
A larger sign both at the main roundabout and leading to the restaurant/ pub that you have to pass to access the car park.
