Very friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room, very comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast. The car park is very small and the charge of £7 to park there is my only criticism

Close proximity to Watford Junction, ideal for WB Harry Potter. Fold-down sofa bed was not comfy. Would have preferred another bed moved in if possible. Otherwise ideal 👍👍

The area round the property has had some demolition work. It is boarded up and looks a mess. Obviously not the hotels fault but it was like this 2 years ago when we visited
